As the owner of these beautiful villas, our Best Price Guarantee means that when reserving the villa on our Villas Direct Bali website, you will save 10% compared to booking anywhere else.

Flexible Cancellation

We understand things happen and we want to be as flexible as possible, however, the following policies apply:

All cancellation or change of dates requests must be made in writing to csteeples@villasdirectbali.com

If you cancel more than 60 days before your arrival date, your deposit of 50% of the full trip value will be refunded less an administration fee of 10%.

No refunds or change of dates are issued if contacting us fewer than 60 days prior to arrival.

Please note that changes to the reservation will be subject to availability and any rate differences.

Guests who booked via online travel agents or other third-party travel professionals are advised to contact their booking provider directly for further information.
